Littleton Corporate Common
Gillespie and Co., Inc. (GCI), in partnership with Old Stone
Development Corporation of Rhode Island, purchased a 91-acre
hillside site in Littleton, Massachusetts. Located directly
off the exit at the junction of Routes 495 and 119, the site
is generally considered the finest of its kind on Route 495.
GCI master-planned and permitted the site for a six-building
campus totaling 640,000 square feet. Through the late 1980s
and 1990s, GCI continued to control the site and, in 1996, bought
out its partner's interest. In 1998, GCI sold the site to Hines
Interests of Houston, Texas.
