Inc., purchased in November 2000 a two-story, 41,229-square-foot
suburban office and R&D building located at 755 Middlesex Turnpike
in Billerica, Massachusetts. The fully-leased building is situated
on approximately 3.3 acres of land within the Route 495/I-128
Northwest office corridor, and is located a short distance from
Route 3. Renovations to the building included upgrades to the
lobby, restrooms, life safety, HVAC systems and tenant improvements.
